about
I design the connective tissue between strategy and execution.
I work at the intersection of revenue strategy, operations and technology - designing the ownership, processes, information flows and business systems that turn strategic intent into coordinated execution.
I am a systems builder by nature: most fulfilled when I can turn complexity into a structure that makes life easier and expands what people can accomplish.
A global perspective on operating systems
I was born in India, raised in Thailand, educated in the United States and Singapore, and now live in Canada.
I have worked across different markets, cultures and organizational environments - experiences that shaped both my adaptability and my belief that good operating systems must be grounded in durable business fundamentals rather than local habits or temporary technology choices.
CAREER JOURNEY
Customer-facing foundations
I began my career in customer-facing and sales roles. That experience gave me a close view of how strategy, customer expectations, incentives and internal processes meet in practice. It also showed me how often frontline teams compensate manually for unclear ownership, disconnected systems and unreliable information.
Moving into operations
Moving into Sales Operations and then Revenue Operations allowed me to work on those underlying conditions directly. Over time, my responsibilities expanded across CRM architecture, CPQ, forecasting, data governance, reporting, automation, commercial processes and cross-functional operating models.
Inside organizations and consulting
I have worked both inside organizations and in client-facing consulting environments. In-house roles reveal what systems feel like after implementation - how they are governed, adopted, worked around and changed. Consulting work requires faster diagnosis, explicit trade-offs and translation between executives, operators and technical specialists. My experience spans B2B SaaS, healthcare, insurance, professional services, media and technology, with work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Finance and Operations.
